体験内容

Come to Hidden Hanoi to enjoy a completely 2 hours hands-on cooking class. Your course will start with some explanations about Vietnamese dining culture for you to increase your knowledge regarding the place food takes in Vietnam's culture. After you have finished cooking you will be able to enjoy the deliciousness of what you have prepared.

Cooking class - Monsoon menu

I had a great experience cooking at The Hidden Hanoi. I was cooking the Monsoon sets, the recipes were easy to follow and the food was a home-cook style which is what I really like. Booking through Cookly was easy and many options to choose from. They team is very communicative and responds to my questions quickly. Will be back again next time :)

Completely Unique!

We picked this class for its customizable menu. We were not disappointed. The vegetarian/vegan menu was absolutely astounding, and completely different than any other menu we’ve ever seen. We’re not vegetarians, but wanted to learn about the vegetable dishes Vietnamese people enjoy. Very good decision. Thank you for the amazing day Anh!

Fabulous time

What a great time at the Hidden Hanoi cooking class. Nikita was an outstanding teacher, filling us in on little “tricks of the trade” to complete our super pho recipe. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wondered where the time went. It’s a real “hands on” approach with a lot of insight from Nikita. Thank you so much for a wonderful class. And thanks to all the assistants who cleaned up our mess...

Fabulous experience

This was fun, informative and delicious! The venue itself is very nice and peaceful. The class was extremely well prepared and organised. Ann was a wonderful teacher, extremely knowledgeable, happy to answer every question and her English is quite simply amazing. I can't recommend this enough. Thank you for a fabulous experience!

Enthusiastic

If you are in Hanoi, dont miss the chance to take this cooking class. My fiance and I took this class not because do not know how to cook but because we wanted to experience something new. My fiance owns a small restaurant back home and even though we both know how to cook, this cooking class was able to teach us new interesting techniques and style in cooking. Our day started with a market. The guide took us to the shop where they know almost everyone there. Then we went to their kitchen to cook. They class consisted of different tourists as well. They were all very friendly, the staff was accommodating too. It was interactive and informative at the same time.
