• 10:00 am: Meet up at Yong Le Market
• 10:10 am: Moving to a local Taiwanese temple to have a blessing tea
• 10:30 am: Taste the almond tea (The best combination of Taiwanese breakfast) and the herbal tea
• 11:00 am: Walking down to the old district for the better understanding of the tea production process
• 11:30 am: Visit a historic tea shop with rich cultural heritage, learning how to taste a cup of good tea with a tea ceremony
• 12:00 pm: The walking tour ends in front of the Shin Hong Choon (Tea Museum)
