Take part in our exciting cooking class centered on authentic Russian recipe and taught by a great local chef. We will show you how to prepare and serve a good sampling of Russia's world-renowned dish - Blini!

Blini or Blinchiki is a traditional Russian pancake, which is really special for people raised in Russia. They are the pearl and pride of Russian cuisine.

Russian Blini are much wider and thinner than American-style pancakes but not as thin and wide as crepes. It allows you to stuff them with everything you like.

Traditional Blini (pancakes) with 3 different fillings

• Blini with ground beef and mushroom filling
• Blini with red salmon caviar
• Blini with different toppings: sour cream, jams, honey and condensed milk 
• Traditional Russian tea ceremony with Samovar(Russian metal container)

• 1:00 pm: Meet at our culinary studio
• 1:10 pm: Introduction to Russian culture and cuisine
• 1:20 pm: Blini hands-on cooking class
• 2:30 pm: Finish cooking and enjoy the meal
• 2:50 pm: Tea ceremony with 3 different types of tea 
• 3:30 pm: End of cooking class
