체험 내용

Guided tour of the vineyards with an explanation about the various wine grapes as well as fresh table grapes. During the tour, we collect wine leaves which we need for the cooking class. This is followed by a tour of the Winery. From there we proceed to the restaurant for the cooking class and for lunch where you can enjoy the meals prepared.

“Miang Bai Angun” – a PB Valley Signature Dish which is a typical Thai Appetizer with a vineyard touch
“Green Curry with Chicken” a classic Thai Dish popular at the Great Hornbill Grill
“Beef which made the Tiger cry” – a grilled sirloin steak with a spicy Northeastern Thai Sauce (Jim Jeow) and trimmings

일정

10:00 am: Welcome drink and proceed to the vineyard visit at the Fresh Grape Section
10:30 am: Continue to the winery tour with introduction of the winemaking process in the winery and wine education room where 100% fresh grape juice is served. (Please note that there is no wine tasting included.)
11:15 am: Return to the restaurant
11:30 am: Introduction to the ingredients used for the 3 dishes to be prepared from scratch
11:45 am: Actual cooking starts
12:45 pm: Finish all 3 dishes and proceed for lunch
1:30 pm: Approximately finish and certificates issued

Great place to visit

My parents and I took a tour around this winery at a price of 320 baht per adult. From that tour, you get further information on how grape wine is being produced. The explanation by the staff was very clear as she spoke in both Thai and English. You would also get up close to the grape fields, where you see how grapes are being planted. The eye attracting part of this tour is that, you will be given 3 glasses of different types of wine to be tasted. Overall, I find this tour is very meaningful and good.
