체험 내용
Although small in size, Portugal has a rich and varied gastronomy, based on the Mediterranean diet but with several influences.
The Portuguese, which presented the world with new worlds, brought from their trips among others, spices and sugar which were rapidly incorporated in our cuisine.
In this Cooking Class you will learn to prepare traditional Portuguese dishes based upon typical recipes.
Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will learn and enjoy a four course meal: appetizer, soup, main course and dessert.
After the class you can enjoy a well deserved lunch with the dishes you prepared, paired with different Portuguese wines.
Recipes will be handed to the participants days after by e-mail.
Take home the memories of the city and prepare a Typically Portuguese Meal for your friends and family.
Surprise them with a trip without leaving the house!
