09:00-9:30 am - Pick up from your hotel or meeting point in Phuket by our tour guide and take you to visit Kata local market.
10:00 am - Market tour to learn how to buy ingredients for Thai food at Kata local Market.
11:30 am - Arrive at your class. After you get relaxed and get to know each other, you will start to learn how to cook with our professional instructor.
1:00 pm - Lunch time. Enjoy your Thai Lunch cooked by yourself.

Afternoon Class

2:30-3:30 pm - Pick up from your hotel or meeting point in Phuket by our tour guide and take you to visit Kata local market.
4:00 pm - Market tour to learn how to buy ingredients for Thai food at Kata Market local market.
5:30 pm - Arrive at your class. After you get relaxed and get to know each other, you will start to learn how to cook with our professional instructor.
7:00 pm - Dinner time. Enjoy your Thai Food cooked by yourself.

Absolutely amazing !

Couldn’t recommend enough! We made som yum Kung, pad see ew, green curry chicken, and mango sticky rice. The recipes are absolutely delicious, not overcomplicated, and Sami our instructor was so patient, kind, and hilarious! We were laughing the entire class. I was really grateful she sent half the food home with us because it was way too much to eat in one sitting. I’d love to do another class to learn how to make some other Thai dishes. Super stoked to try out these recipes at home with my family... thank you so so so much !!!!

Basic cooking course, felt rushed

We arrived at the class which is in a shop front, with an attached kitchen. Everything has been set up beforehand. There were 6 of us and we were seated around a classroom table, teacher at one end and behind her own table, the room was air conditioned. the lessons felt rushed and it feels very methodical. i was expecting that we go to the market first to buy ingredients we would cook with then be cooking- not to be seated in a class, cook and then market. it all felt very factory-ish, like we were being pushed through a process.

Outstanding! And lots of fun.

This is the third cooking class I’ve taken in Thailand and it was the tops. I made the best green curry I’ve ever tasted. It was such fun doing the cooking we cooked four meals, too much to eat thank goodness for the takeaways. Small classes means you get a lot of personal attention. I would recommend this course.

Culture and Passion

Indeed an educational experience. There is no better way to describe this experience. Travelling alone can be lonely, but then i found this group through this cooking school, it made my whole stay in Thailand meaningful and insightful. I was able to immerse myself to the culture of Thailand. They prepared a local visit to the market to pick fresh ingredients before the start of the class. They took time in explaining where it came from and how it is used. Everything was organic. I did not expect that my dish would taste so good like it was made by a professional chef. I do not cook very well but now i feel proud that i was able to create a good Thai food.

Fun class

We had such a great time at this class. We made large portions of 4 different recipes--an appy, soup, noodles and dessert. It was so much food that we had to take some back with us!! Fun, entertaining teacher and staff, great company and awesome food.
