체험 내용

Lisbon Market Tour is an experience where you will visit a local market on the Portuguese capital and receive the explanations of the main ingredients from Portugal gastronomy. Meeting point at our facilities and then a short walk to one of the thirteen local markets.

Our professional chef will have the responsibility to acquire the ingredients and after you will cook, totally hands-on on our full equipped kitchen. Along the class, you will taste some Premium Olive Oil, Chorizo, bread and of course, something to drink.

When everything is ready, we all will seat and enjoy the food produced by you with the supervision of our chef. Enjoy the moment, relief your senses with the flavours of Portuguese gastronomy in an amazing cooking class.

We don't work with a fixed menu, since we respect the health restrictions and religious restrictions of the participants. What we can say is that you will work on a three courses menu during the cooking class.

9.30 am: Meeting point at Cooking Lisbon. After a small brief we will walk to the local market, acquire the ingredients and return to the facilities. Cooking Class and Meal.
2.30 pm: End of class

Excellect Host and Excellent Food and Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of learning about some of Portugal's food and things about the city. Our host was wonderful in providing a memorable experience of roaming through the market, hearing about the parts of the city and providing us with hands on cooking experience. I would highly recommend the class!

It was fantastic to have the opportunity to cook what we bought at the market and learn more about the Portuguese's cuisine. Great food flavours and company. I highly recommend this class if you are new to European cuisine and want to explore the best culinary experience in Lisbon.

Wonderful. I loved it.

Cooking Lisbon kitchen was spacious and our chef Thomas was patient and very informative. I wanted Portuguese food and that what we cooked which was delicious too! It was a very pleasant five hours and can thoroughly recommend it. The recipes and more are shared afterwards which is another bonus.
