Pasukan tuan rumah sentiasa digambarkan sebagai ramah, sabar dan berpengetahuan tinggi, memberikan penjelasan yang jelas dalam bahasa Inggeris. Peserta menyediakan beberapa hidangan klasik Thai di dapur yang bersih dan tenang, pulang dengan hidangan yang lazat, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang budaya makanan Thai, dan lebihan makanan yang banyak.

Our fully equipped kitchen and cooking stations offers a clean, safe and enjoyable environment. Learn how to select ingredients, prepare, cook and present your own Thai culinary masterpiece. Our team has shared their insights and knowledge of Thai cuisine with thousands of satisfied students over the years.
For each dish you will firstly discuss it, next you will watch a demonstration and then cook your own. Finally you will sit down to enjoy it while it is hot and the process is fresh in your mind. This is the time to make some extra notes and discuss the dish with your classmates.
We like to think that our classes are not only a day of just learning. Of course that is paramount and we take great care to ensure that the workshops we provide are of the highest quality. But we also try to create an informal atmosphere where the day is about fun, meeting new people and is an escape from the hustle and bustle of busy lives.
All dishes in our class have vegetarian and vegan options/versions.

- Kaeng keaw whan gai (green curry with chicken)
- Pad Thai (famous Thai style fried noodle)
- Tom yum goong (4 flavour soup with shrimp)
- Khanom lod chong (thai desert in coconut milk)

- Kaeng ped moo (red curry with pork)
- Som tam (papaya salad)
- Gai pad med mamuang (chicken with cashew nuts)
- Khao niaow ma muang (mango with sticky rice)

- Make penang curry paste
- Gaeng penang gai (penang curry with chicken)
- Laab moo (spicy north-eastern style pork salad)
- Pad krapow gai (stir fried chicken + holy basil)
- Thub tim krob (“Red Rubies Dessert” – water chestnut + coconut)
Jadwal
- 8:45 am: Pickup at your hotel (or meet at the "Clocktower" in Hua Hin town center if you are staying outside of Hua Hin town)
- 9:00 am: Shopping at Hua Hin's 100 year old fresh market
- 10:00 am: Arrive at our cooking school. Relax a minute and enjoy refreshing cool Lemongrass and Pandan leaf tea.
- 10:15 am: Learn "how to" and participate in, making fresh coconut cream.
- 10:30 am: Cook the 1st dish
- 11:00 am: Sit down with the group to enjoy and discuss the 1st dish.
- 11:20 am: Continue with 2 more dishes in the same relaxed format as the 1st dish. ie: let us show you a demonstration, then cook your own, and then sit down to enjoy while it's hot.
- 12:45 pm: Dessert session. Everybody pitches in together and time to sit down and enjoy your dish.
- 1:20 pm: Certificate Presentation
- 1:30 pm: Transfer back you your hotel (by approx. 2pm)

Free pick up and drop off is included from/to your hotel or accommodation within the Hua Hin town area. The limits of the town area are generally defined by: to the North – the Dusit Thani Hotel to the East – The Gulf of Thailand! to the South – the Amari Hotel to the West – 5km radius from the middle of town (the “Clocktower”) Please note that we can arrange transfers from hotels outside these areas but a surcharge may apply. Please contact us to quote on specific locations. We try to be as fair as possible and subsidize the surcharge with part of the course fee. When we have more than 1 pick up in a particular area/direction we either waive the surcharge or reduce it accordingly. As another option we have a meeting point at the “Clocktower” each day at 9am. The Clocktower is a meeting point in the middle of town where most hotel shuttles pick up and drop off. There is a Starbucks coffee adjacent and Hua Hin Temple (Wat Hua Hin) opposite that offers all-day car parking for free (sometimes 20thb). After the class we will drop you back to the Clocktower.
