We now provide more varieties of dishes. Thai cooking will be very simple and taught in very easy steps so it would be easier for you to cook yourselves at home. Here at Phuket Thai Cooking you are offered a “Hand-on” Cooking Course of Thai Traditional dishes in an ideal homestyle learning environment that is different from most of the hotels and restaurants in Phuket Thailand.

Followed by a fun and enjoyable hour preparing Thai meal among a small group from 1 to 6 people in a friendly environment. Cook and then feast together. • Paste from scratch using Mortar and Pestle
• Chicken Green or Red, or Massaman, or Phanaeng Curry
• Pad Thai (Thai style Fried Noodle)
• Tom Yum Kung (Thai Spicy soup with Prawns)
• Chicken Cashew Nuts Stir Fry
• Mango Sticky Rice

Jadwal

• 10:30-10:50 am: Pickup at your hotel lobby
• 11:00 am: Local Market tour (walking you through the authentic lifestyle and buying fresh ingredients to be used to cook at the class and fruit tasting).
• 11:45 am: Arriving at our class, will be served with water and herbal drinks. Get to know each other participants, relax, take pictures.
• 12:00 pm: Introduction to ingredients
• 2:00 pm: Enjoy the meal.
• 2:30 pm: End of class and ready to go back.
