Day 01 :- Palak Paneer, Lachha Paratha, Dal Tadka
Day 02:- Aaloo Gobhi Sabzi, Poori, Zeera Rice
Day 03:- Samosa, Coriander Chutney, and Masala Chai
Day 04:- Kadhayi Paneer, Chapati, Pulao
Day 05:- Chicken Balti dish, Chapati, Zeera Rice
Day 06:- Palak Chaat, Mango Lassi, Tamarind Chutney
Day 07:- Okra Sabzi, Dal Makhani with Pulao
(According to your taste you can ask for the dishes you want to learn like Masala Chai, Onion Bhaji, Butter Chicken, AalooGobhi sabzi, Biryani, vindaloo, etc). Time can aslo we can change according to your availability.

Brilliant

Farheen welcomed us into her home and shared her passion and expertise with us. We learnt so much from her, and then dined in our efforts with her family. Can not recommend this class highly enough.

Wonderful experience

First of all, let’s begin with the fact that the class is not in Delhi center. We went by metro and it was very easy. Farheen husband even pick us up at the metro station. It’s been a wonderful experience to have the chance to learn how to cook properly Indian food with Farheen in her own kitchen. She rapidly put you at ease and give you a lot of hints so that you can cook the dishes you learned when you get back home. She cooks every dish from fresh ingredients. Farheen have a lot of experience with Indian cuisine and she is a great teacher. It has been one of the highlight of our Indian trip, propably the best one! It’s a very nice way to live a unique experience and learn more about Indian culture with amazing people. You can’t say we didn’t warn you, if you don’t go you are missing a great experience!!!

Nice first experience with Indian cooking

Farheen and her husband make you feel at home. She is a great cook and helps you understand and practice basic techniques and the use of many different spices. And the taste was really good as well

Fantastic!

Farheen and her whole family were wonderful They picked us up and took care of us all afternoon. We even brought our 3- and 6-year old daughters who happily played and watched TV and helped us cook. We cooked several dishes (including drinks, starters, main dishes, and breads) all from scratch, and were emailed detailed recipes afterwards. It was delicious! And we were able to customize everything for my diabetic husband. I highly recommend this class.
