Pengulas mengetengahkan rasa segar dan serantau dan mengesyorkan kelas ini sebagai kemuncak perjalanan mereka yang tidak dapat dilupakan.
Apa yang Dijangkakan
Our Cooking Class is a journey in the Sicilian tradition. We will explain all the secrets of Sicilian Kitchen and other more. We prepare fresh homemade Pasta, fish, vegetables, and meat. You will knead, bake, fry, sauté, cook with your hands following our Chef's tips in a friendly atmosphere.
We start our class going to the "Rionale" Local Market of Taormina. When we go back to the restaurant it's time to work.
We provide special Apron and Certificate after class.
Menu
Our Menu changes every day depending what we will found at market and respect costumer's request.
We will work with Fish, Vegetable, Meat. We could provide Vegetarian Class, Gluten free Class and any other exception
Jadwal
- 10:00 am: Meeting at the Restaurant Porta Messina and going straight to the market, we will show you how to choose fresh and good products.
- 10:45 am: Back to the Restaurant: here you will start the cooking class which will last more or less 2-3 Hours
- 1:00 pm: Be your first customer! After cooking obviously you need to taste…
- 1:30 pm: Certificate and Apron Consignment
