Chinese Wok Course

Wok dish is the most symbolic of Chinese civil cooking. In this class, you will learn how to use wok to do different Chinese cooking techniques such as stir frying, braising and poaching. Enjoy a two hour hands-on cooking experience at Chinese Cooking Workshop. The aim of this class is to give you the tools to use the wok to cook just how the Chinese do. During the class you will have a demo by the chef before cooking of your own.
