Walking with Riccardo you will learn how to choose the freshest fish and the tastiest vegetables and will even taste the best and least known typical street food.

And then… who knows … live a home genuine Italian showcooking.

Menu

Riccardo will define the day menu with you on the basis of the fresh ingredients of the season, chosen at the fresh food stall street market.

Always Riccardo will bring you to "put your hands into the dough" to prepare a tasty lunch using those ingredients, but at home a cold bottle of white sparkling wine and an apetizer shall be waiting for you.

Schema

• 9:00 am: Meet and take a pleasant walk to visit the street stall market and talks about the Neapolitan daily shopping way and buy the ingredients for our cooking class. Then at home, we will have a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare a tasty Italian lunch.
• 2:00 pm: Taste your cooking results with a bottle of good wine, ending with a typical Italian dessert made for you.
• 3.00 pm (around): end of the class.
