Our food is truly lovely and our class is very informative with cooks that are passionate about Balinese food. You will learn how to make authentic Balinese dishes and all about the beautiful spices they use to create the dishes that are famous in Bali. Our staff will be delighted to show you how and help you with everything you need to know about Balinese cooking. While you are here we will show you how to make offerings which the Balinese put out every day and you would have seen them at temples and in the street.

We also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans but please let us know prior.

Schema

• 10:00 am: Meet at the lobby of the beautiful Villa Coco hotel
• 10:10 am: Introduction from the chef and the staff about the ingredients and preparation
• 10:30 am: Begin the guided authentic cooking class
• 11:45 am: We will show you how to make Balinese meals offerings that can be seen in temples and on the streets
• 12:00 pm: It is your time to make your handmade meals and enjoy it with the fellow cooks
• 12:30 pm: Finish up the meal and return with handfuls of gift
