Cronograma

From Monday to Sunday

• 7:30   am: Meet at the Anantara Golden Triangle lobby and travel to Chiang Sean’s bustling food market
• 7:45   am: Market tour where your Master Chef will pick up the fresh vegetables, seafood, spices and herbs you’ll be cooking with later on
• 8:15   am: Enjoy a morning coffee with the locals and soak up the town’s traditional atmosphere
• 8:30   am: Visit Chiang Sean’s historic Wat Chedi Luang to make a merit and put gold leaves on Buddha image
• 9:00   am: Visit of the vegetable and herb gardens and enjoy an informative introduction to Thai cuisine’s key ingredients
• 10:30 am: Demonstration by your Master Chef will talk you through the dishes you’re about to cook and the techniques you’ll use
• 11:00 am: Cooking class, put theory into practice in a step by step cooking class
• 1:00   pm: Savour your own creations for lunch
• 1:45   pm: End of the session
