A aula começa com uma breve lição de árabe antes de os participantes irem juntos a um animado mercado local para comprar ingredientes frescos. O anfitrião é elogiado por seu profundo conhecimento, paciência e bom humor, guiando os hóspedes em cada etapa do preparo de oito pratos marroquinos autênticos. A aula é altamente interativa, com todos os pratos preparados pelos participantes e sem necessidade de limpeza, criando uma experiência única.

Set in a lovingly restored riad in the heart of the Marrakech Medina, a variety of classes, Tasting Menu dinners, gourmet picnic days and culinary holidays are the life blood, whether it be for day foodies or those choosing to stay. It is certainly a destination “All About the Food” and a concept, like no other in Morocco!
Menu
The 8 dish lunch menu, is chosen at the beginning of the class. We offer suggestions as a starting point once we learn the preferred cooking style of the class, be it dinner parties, family cooking, BBQ or cooking for one!
Cronograma
- 8:50 am: Beginning of the class with a discussion over coffee as to the menu and the shopping list.
- 9:45 am: It’s off to the market, shopping in your new language.
- 10:45 am: you are standing at the prep table beginning with the chopping of the herbs and the making of the tea.
- 1:30 pm: Lunch
- 2:30 pm: The class winds up around now with the choosing of the any spices to buy to take home
Ponto de Encontro
The cooking school is anything from a minute to 25 minutes walk from where you will be staying (if not at the House of Fusion) if inside the medina. Guests either take a cab or book our driver to come and then walk home or simply walk both ways.
The cooking school is inside the medina, a few minutes walk from the drop off point, should you wish to book our driver, at an extra charge of 120 dirhams, payable to the driver.
