Asia Scenic Thai Cooking School Chiang Mai is not just a cooking school where you simply cook, eat and leave. Once you participate in the process, you realize that you are learning the traditional life style, learning how to grow vegetables and herbs, as well as the various traditional performing arts.

The Thai school is located only a few minutes walk from Tha Pae Gate in the old city of Chiang Mai.

Menu

Half day: 5 dishes, curry paste, spring rolls, 2 categories that agree with the people in the class. In the same category can cook different menu

Salad :

• Spring roll
• Papaya salad
• Glass noodle salad

Stir-fried:

• Pad Thai
• Pad see ew

Soup:

• Coconut milk soup
• Tom yum
• Tom sap

Curry Paste:

• Red Massaman
• Green Massaman
• Panaeng
• Khaw soi

Curry:

• Red curry
• Green curry
• Massaman Curry
• Panang Curry
• Khao soi

Dessert:

• Deep fried banana
• Banana in coconut milk
• Sticky rice with mango

Cronograma

Morning Session

• 8:20 am - 8:50 am: Pickup from the lobby of your hotel
• 9:00 am: We'll arrive at our school to have the first introduction to Thai cuisine
• 9:15 am: Visit our Organic Farm and pick ingredients if needed for the menu that day
• 9:45 am: We'll start cooking your preferred dishes
• 1:00 pm: End of class

Evening Session

• 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm: Pickup from the lobby of your hotel
• 5:00 pm: We'll arrive at our school to have the first introduction to Thai cuisine
• 5:15 pm: Visit our Organic Garden and pick ingredients if needed for the menu that day
• 5:45 pm: We'll start cooking your preferred dishes
• 9:00 pm: End of class
