This class is designed for those who want a “FULL ON, HARD CORE but fun ” A - Z cooking class experience. Therefore, we have a range of plates, bowls and fresh organic materials to experiment with to create your own ‘food art’. This is where you can smile and say, ‘Wow! Look what I made!’ You cook and eat your own food the entire evening.

• Rich Red curry sauce (Fish/Sweet Potato)
• Stir-fry chili paste (Shrimp/Tofu)
• Fresh fruit

Saturday

• Crispy Spring Rolls
• Khao Soi curry (Shrimp/Veggie)
• Sweet, sour, spicy sauce with caramelized king fish/sweet potato
• Stir-fry morning glory
• Fresh fruit

Sunday

• Laab (fresh herb salad)
• Stir-fried red curry paste, shrimp/tofu
• Green Curry
• Fried Rice
