Tra Que is a small organic Herb village located 2 km North-East of Hoi An Town. Tra Que is not just a brand name for the village's fragrant and high-quality herb, but it is also an attractive destination for tourists staying in Hoi An. Located in the heart of the famous organic herb village, Tra Que Water Wheel restaurant is a rustic-designed, restored, traditional Vietnam building. Here you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings while you can watch the farmer at work tending their produce. Come to Tra Que Water Wheel you can enjoy a cooking class with some traditional dishes.

Class includes:

• Pick up from the hotel (Hoi An area)
• Go by bicycle or car to the colorful market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson later. Make sure your camera is handy.
• Continue to Tra Que later Wheel, take a rest with a special welcome drink.
• You will be taken around the herbs garden where local farmers work on their field using organic methods from 300 years ago.
• Relax with a foot massage.
• Cook with our chef. Learn how to prepare and cook some local Vietnamese dishes.
• Enjoy self-prepared meal.
• Back to the hotel

Morning session:

• 8:30 am: Water Wheel staff pick you up at your hotel
• 9:00 am: Cycle to Hoi An's colorful central market by bicycle/motorbike/car and proceed on ingredient selection
• 10:00 am: Take a rest with our special welcome drinks while being taken around our herb garden where local farmers work on their field using organic methods from 300 years old
• 10:30 am: Do farming with the local farmer, ride buffalo, drive a conical boat, rice paper making
• 11:30 pm: Relax with a foot massage
• 12:00 pm: Cooking 2 dishes. You will get fish in a clay pot which eats with steam rice, papaya salad eat with crack rice paper and dessert in your lunch
• 1:00 pm: Return to the hotel

Afternoon session:

• 1:30 am: Water Wheel staff pick you up at your hotel
• 2:00 am: Cycle to Hoi An's colorful central market by bicycle/motorbike/car and proceed on ingredient selection
• 3:00 am: Take a rest with our special welcome drinks while being taken around our herb garden where local farmers work on their field using organic methods from 300 years old
• 3:30 am: Do farming with the local farmer, ride buffalo, drive a conical boat, rice paper making
• 4:30 pm: Relax with a foot massage
• 5:00 pm: Cooking 2 dishes. You will get fish in a clay pot which eats with steam rice, papaya salad eat with crack rice paper and dessert in your lunch
• 6:00 pm: Return to the hotel
