- 8:00 am: Pick up at your Hotel or Villa with air-conditioned transport
- 8:30 am: Traditional market visit
- 9:30 am: Arrived at MEXX The Cooking School (Local Balinese breakfast snack is served with Coffee or Tea and cold towel to refresh)
- 9:45 am: Herb and spice lecture
- 10:00 am: Hands-on cooking lesson (13 recipes / 10 dishes ) and Recipe booklet to take home
- 12:00 pm: Lunch, we will serve your own cooking at our balcony with 180° spectacular rice field, mountain and ocean view. Including free-flow soft drinks and bottled water.
- 1:00 pm: Tanah Lot Temple Tour with English guide
- 2:30 pm: End of the Temple tour and return back to your Hotel or Villa.
