Morning tour: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon tour: 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

Fantastic

The program was really great. First we went to the local market. It was interesting. We rode a bamboo boat about 30 minutes. We really enjoyed it. At the cooking class, the recipe was not easy but every food we made was very delicious. Even the fruit we bought at the market.😊😊😊 I really recommend this program those who travel Hoi An.

Perfect morning with Tony

We just booked the class 1 day in advance and instantly got the feedback that we will be picked up the next morning. Our group was not too big with 10 people and Tony was such a great guide. Our first stop was the local market, where Tony bought some of the ingredients for our dishes. Afterwards, we went on a small boat tour, which was very touristy but still entertaining. Then the real cooking class started. Both, the location and Tonys family were really nice and I am still impressed by how good the food tasted :) you get the recipes afterwards per mail so that you can show your family and friends your newly acquired cooking skills

Great class, yummy food, great overall experience

All aspects of the tour were great! The food was delicious. My only complaint is the lack of transparency when it comes to drinks during the cooking class. Beer was offered to everyone, which seemed like a nice gesture, and then at the end of the class we were asked to pay for it, which wouldn't have been a problem if it was communicated to us beforehand or if there was some sort of price list. I would definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing cooking and fishing tour!!

We had the most amazing trip with Tony. He was very knowledgeable and showed us some amazing things. We really enjoyed our trip to the market and saw how Vietnamese buy their produce and loved learning about the unique vegetables and fruit. The crab fishing was a highlight for the children and they had lots of fun catching purple crabs. We also learnt how to throw the fishing nets like a pro. Our cooking experience was very hands on and we learnt different techniques for our recipes. The food was delicious and we know we will enjoy cooking these at home with our family! Thank you Tony for making us feel so welcome and sharing your knowledge with us.
