• Causa Limeña Mashed yellow potato, ground yellow ají pepper and lemon juice enliven la causa. We have chicken and vegetarian version (vegetables and quinoa).

Main course

• Lomo Saltado (Sautéed Tomatoes, Onions, Beef).The dish owes its origins to the influence of the Chinese-Cantonese! We also have the vegetarian version with mushrooms!

Drink

• Chicha Morada (Our national drink based on purple corn)
