For each dish you will firstly discuss it, next you will watch a demonstration and then cook your own.

9:00 am: Pickup at Hua Hin Clock Tower
9:30 am: Arrive at my place. Relax a minute having tea & coffee
9:45 am: Cooking session 1 and enjoy your dish
11:45 pm: Cooking session 2 and enjoy your dish
1:00 pm: Dessert session.
1:30 pm: Transfer back to Hua Hin (approx.)

A holiday highlight

I have done a number of cooking classes around the world and I was very impressed by this class. A very affordable holiday activity. We were promptly picked up from our hotel by a taxi organised by the staff and chef. Collecting our fresh ingredients from the market was very informative, including tips on alternative ingredients if you can't source traditional ingredients back home. They guided us step-by-step through four traditional Thai dishes which we were able to select from an extensive list of options when we booked the class. We each had our own cooking stations and felt very supported throughout the class. The final product was delicious!
