Welcome to Da's Organic Farm Hut Thai Cooking School. You will experiences an authentic local culinary experiences from the suburban area of Chiang Mai "Lan na" lives style. All are ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and organic plug directly from the plant to be cooked and serve on your plate.
菜單
Choose your menu for one of Each type of dishes, Vegetarian option is also available.
Curry paste:
- Red curry paste & red curry with chicken& Curry
- Green curry paste & green curry with chicken
- Yellow curry paste & yellow curry with chicken
Soup:
- Tom Kha Kai (chicken in coconut milk)
- Tom Yam Kung (Thai hot, spicy and sour prawn)
- Clear soup with egg, tofu and minced pork
Stir fried:
- Stir fried chicken with cashew nut
- Stir fried minced chicken with holy basil
- Pad Thai (Thai fried noodles)
Dessert:
- Pumpkin in coconut milk
- Banana in coconut milk
- Mango with sticky rice
- Deep fried spring rolls

- 09:00 am: Visit our local market tour
- 10:00 am: Ingredient selection from my organic garden
- 10:30 am: Cooking session begins
- 12:30 pm: have lunch

Afternoon Session
- 14:30 to 14:50 pm: Pickup from the city
- 15:00 pm: Visit our local market tour
- 16:00 pm: Ingredient selection from my organic garden
- 16:30 pm: Cooking Session begins
- 18:30 pm: have dinner
- 19:00 pm: End of class
