體驗內容
Originally from Canada, born to Spanish parents I moved to San Sebastian to carry out my culinary degree at the Basque Culinary Center! After graduating I was offered a job at restaurant Noma in Copenhagen! After a couple seasons in Denmark I decided to move back to sunny Spain and share the knowledge I have gained throughout my culinary career with other like minded people who love to eat and cook!
In my class you will feel at home while I personally guide you through my "10 secret paella steps". you will have your own cooking station and utensils, making this experiences hands on and dynamic!

Monday to Saturday:
- 1:00 pm: Welcome drink (Cava)
- 1:15 pm: Sweet and short introduction to the club!
- 1:15 pm: Lets get cooking!
- 2:00 pm: Class session is over, take a seat!
- 2:30 pm: We say our good byes!
