Welcome to an engaging hands-on authentic Thai cooking class where you will learn about exotic Thai ingredients, spices, and herbs and how to make delicious Thai food with its unique flavors and aroma.

The cooking class will be conducted in a relaxed and informal air-conditioned cooking environment and cooking with us you will enjoy fresh, natural and healthy food, no MSG, all meals are made using natural locally sourced products.

5:30 pm: Drop-off at Bearing BTS station.

Bearing BTS station Exit 4, walk out to the ground at your left, meet outside of NK Coffee shop(In Esso gas station area). On the BTS(SkyTrain) Sukhumvit line.

We will provide transportation from there to the cooking school as well as drop-off to Bearing BTS

Delicious!!

We had a great time with Mam and Bjorn, we made 4 dishes, they were all delicious and super fun to make. The penang curry was AMAZING! She gave us the recipes so hoppefully we can make it as good as when we did with mam.

THE Total Thai Cooking Experience!

Chef Mam thought of everything! Her cooking class was THE total experience from beginning to end and this was one of the best experiences I had in Bangkok. Chef Mam catered to what Thai food we wanted to learn to cook, the Thai foods we enjoyed, any food restrictions, and level of spice. Prior to the class, we created a menu of four dishes with the chef's help. We met at a very easy spot and then were transported to her comfortable, clean and organized kitchen. She was very knowledgable about Thai cuisine, a skilled cook, and very patient with us as we began our hands on lesson in cooking Thai food. Pictures were taken during this experience and sent to us later. We learned about the use of spices, fruits, vegetables, and proteins specific to our dishes. All recipes were sent to us. After our cooking was completed, we sat down at a beautifully set table with a glass of lemongrass drink and enjoyed eating our dishes. Any leftovers were packaged up and sent hope with us. We were then taken back to our meeting place. Chef Mam wanted to make this experience a joyful and personal experience for us and to share her love for Thai cuisine and culture. Chef Mam's husband was also delightful company and shared a list of some additional tourist attractions, his love of food, and his love of Bangkok with us. I can't wait to get back home and cook these Thai dishes again!

Excellent cooking class

Me and my partner both enjoyed the class very much :) Mam the Chef was a pleasant host and teacher. Would return to learn more thai dishes given the chance.
