The royal lifestyle and customs have had a significant impact on the characteristics of Hue’s people as well as Hue’s cuisine. There are two forms of Hue cuisine: Hue traditional cuisine and Hue royal cuisine. But in general, both have similarities because the royal chefs also came from the folk. Learn how Hue royal cuisine differs from that of the rest of Vietnam.

時間表

•  9:00  am: Pick up the guest at hotel for market tour
• 10:00 am: Arrive at Ancient Hue restaurant with welcome drinks and cold towels
• 10:15 am: Theory & Demonstration 
• 10:30 am: Start cooking!
• 12:00 pm: Lunch & Carving Show
