5-Course Cooking Class on Hills of Sorrento in Family Villa

The class is designed to give the guest a full experience of the culture of the Sorrentine Peninsular and the Amalfitan Coast.

You will be welcomed with our homemade drinks and cakes to start the day as we do. Just after we will have a tour and picking our seasonal organic vegetables. Here we will share our long-lasting knowledge about farming delicious organic veggies. You will learn about local produce, when they are ready to use, and how to use them in the kitchen.

The tours will end in our kitchen where a member of the Pane family will lead you in preparing the dishes that have been part of our family dinner for years.

The 7 courses class has been put together to expose you to a full Sorrentinian meals. Starter, pizza, fresh pasta and sauces, desserts and spirits all part of our own culinary heritage, passed from generation to you.

You won't have to take care of notes and recipes at the end of the class you will receive our “homemade” recipes book. Making sure that you will only have to enjoy the experience and be able to replicate the dishes at home.

To end the class, you will enjoy your creation on our patio accompanied by our locally made wine.
