體驗內容
We will meet in via del Governo Vecchio in the fascinating historical city center of Rome where I have my kitchen space in a building that dates 14th hundred. I welcome you to my well-equipped kitchen where I will teach you how to make an amazing gelato, pasta from scratch with 2 shapes, and ravioli.
I would like to share with you my passion by teaching you how to make the perfect pasta and Italian gelato!

Wonderful fun for our family!
Grandchildren with grandparents had a great time learning to prepare some Italian favorites. Our Instructor was very informative and congenital. She entertained us with stories and her musical talents! We were surprised how wonderful our recipes tasted! Pistachio gelato set a high level of perfection for all other gelato we enjoyed on our Italian travels! Delicioso!

Amazing experience!
We had such a wonderful time at Fortuna's class! She was so welcoming and a great instructor. We learned so much, and I even feel equipped to make the pasta on my own at home. Easily the best pasta and gelato we've ever had!
