體驗內容

Learn to cook famous Thai dishes in a relaxed and friendly kitchen for approximately 6-7 hours. You will be taught to cook traditional delicious Thai food and will ensure you leave prepared to recreate the dishes when you get home. Special full day class to learn making coconut milk and coconut oil.

The class cater for a small group with maximum of 12 people in a traditional open kitchen, and led by a certified Thai cooks, making for a highly personalized and rewarding experience. Your day will start with a hotel pick-up, followed by a trip to the local market to buy some fresh ingredients. You’ll get a feel for real Thai culture as you experience its rich colors, and unique flavors and smells. Please note, we use chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu, vegetables and all Halal food. You are allowed to pack and take away if you can’t finish your lunch or dinner prepared during the lesson. You will be transported back to your hotel safely after the class.

Fun, easy and delicious

I attended the all day class. My cooking hosts were very engaging and full of tender loving care. They have been doing this four years, and still have the enthusiasm to treat each class with excitement. I cook fairly often (all kinds of cuisine) and I learned a few cooking tips! Each day has a different dishes, and there were a few dishes other days that I wanted to learn. My only regret...I didn’t take Sunday class, where I can choose the dishes I want to learn.

Just Wow

I had such a great time with other tourists. I was picked up from my hotel then we went straight to the local market tour where we got to pick our own fresh ingredients, mingle with the locals and they were so warm. They took time entertaining our questions and explaining the possible alternatives if there were none at home. Thai people are really welcoming and warm. Kitchen was very clean and organized. We each have our own workstations and then they had a little intro about how they started the cooking school and their own experiences as well. Overall, i got to learn 7 new Thai dishes and they all tasted like it was made by a professional chef. Thumbs up to everyone!

Une journée fantastique et gustative

Apprendre à faire soi même la pâte de curry plutot qu’une toute prête ! Recettes, Explications et tips trés intéressants et bien expliqués. On est également trés bien acceuilli. Un super moment que je garderai et mettrai en pratique hors de la Thaïlande !
