Family Cooking: Pizza, handmade Pasta and Gelato

The best thing to do on vacation is to have time for the family as well.

Take care of the values and love of children and how to make them understand what are the most important things in life, including good food... Especially if we do it all together! We will make together the best Pizza Margherita, fresh handmade Pasta with tomato sauce and, as dessert, two different Ice Cream types (Buontalenti and fresh fruit sorbet). You'll be guided by an expert chef in our fully equipped professional kitchen.

Then you can taste it at the table with a glass of Tuscan wine or soft drinks for the kids. A very popular class for the rediscovery of the true traditions of Italian cuisine and a good start also for cutting techniques and excellent advice from the Chefs. The recipes will be given at the end of the class. 

The Family Cooking class for adults and children takes place only in high season (from mid May to mid September) on Tuesday and Thursday at 5.00 pm.

• We strongly advise you to warn in advance for any food intolerance/allergy so you can organize your lesson without any problem.
  Children under the age of 6 cannot participate at this class.
  People with flu cannot participate because of sanitary reasons at this class, please respect our cancellation policy of 24 hours.

This class is only available from mid May to mid September.

• 4:55 pm: Meeting at the school
• 5:00 pm: Start introduction of menù and work
• 7:00 pm: Tasting time 
• 7:30 pm: End of class with recipes delivery, hugs and continue to enjoy your vacation

Please note that we have a late arrival policy: If you arrive later than 15 minutes without telling us it will be considered as no-show and you can't partecipate anymore at the class.
