Welcome to Da's Organic Farm Hut Thai Cooking School. You will experiences an authentic local culinary experiences from the suburban area of Chiang Mai "Lan na" lives style. All are ingredients are fresh, nutritious, and organic plug directly from the plant to be cooked and serve on your plate.

Choose your menu for one of Each type of dishes, Vegetarian option is also available.
Curry paste:
- Red curry paste & red curry with chicken& Curry
- Green curry paste & green curry with chicken
- Yellow curry paste & yellow curry with chicken
Soup:
- Tom Kha Kai (chicken in coconut milk)
- Tom Yam Kung (Thai hot, spicy and sour prawn)
- Clear soup with egg, tofu and minced pork
Stir fried:
- Stir fried chicken with cashew nut
- Stir fried minced chicken with holy basil
- Pad Thai (Thai fried noodles)
Dessert:
- Pumpkin in coconut milk
- Banana in coconut milk
- Mango with sticky rice
- Deep fried spring rolls

Great Cultural Experience!
This cooking class was an amazing cultural experience. Da, the local organic farmer, took us to the market first to get some of the ingredients. Then, we went to his house where he taught us how to cook 5 different dishes. The setting was outdoors under his covered patio, and he gave us great insights with his expertise. To top it, Da had a great demeanor. He was professional and a lot of fun.

We booked a 1/2 day class “Da” our instructor picked us up right on time and We rode in the back of his truck to his farm. He showed us his garden with the herbs he uses. We chose and cooked 4 Dishes each. Sooo good. We were picked up about 8:30am an returned about 2 pm. Good value.

Great experience and a must-do in Chiang Mai
We had a blast - starting with the market tour and Da explaining the ingredients and where they come from - to "exploring" his garden and tasting different local herbs we would later use for cooking our meals. The cooking class itself was organized well and every step was explained in detail. We had a wide range of dishes to chose from and they could be adapted to each individuals preferences regarding spiciness. After cooking we could all enjoy a tasty meal together. Really great experience which grants some insights into the local cuisine.

Excellent
It was a great time with Da to have a market tour together and get detailed explanation on the ingredients and recipes. Having a time in Mr Da’s own farm was also wonderful.
It was so fun to learn how to cook Thai food and taste the food that I made on my own in a local place with a local cooking teacher. So great!

We enjoyed it a lot!
My family members enjoyed Da's class a lot ! He showed some herbs in his farm and gave a chance to us to smell and touch them. also the food was also very delicious.
But there is no air conditioner so you need to ready to sweat :-)
