• 3:00 - 3:50 pm: Pickup at your hotel or accommodation.
• 4:00 pm: Introduction to Spices, Herbs, Thai Rice and Condiments in Thai food.
• 5:00 pm: Cooking Thai Appraiser and time to enjoy your dish.
• 6:00 pm: Cooking Thai Soup and time to enjoy your dish.
• 7:00 - 8:30 pm: Cooking Mean cot, Make Home meat Curry Paste, Thai Desert and time to enjoy your dish.
• 8:30 - 9:00 pm: Certification awards and enjoy you fruit platter after a fun class.
• 9:00 pm: Back to the hotel.
