Well, it’s not just a cooking class, it’s where you can experience real local life, stay away from the tourist destination. You are going to explore one of the biggest local markets in Danang, experience and dive into the Vietnamese culture by talking about eating and cooking.
Jolie Danang Cooking Class is a must-do activity for people of all ages, especially family and kids.

- Steamed fish dipped with tomato/ tamarind (Red tilapia fish)
Sunday
- Clear flour dumpling cake with pork and shrimp
- Fish sauce chicken wing
- Aubergine in clay-pot
- Mi Quang
時間表
- 8:00 am: Pick up at your hotel
- 8:10 am: Organic gardens in Danang, meet with local farmers to learn about the real farm living
- 9:00 am: Head to the biggest supplier market in Da Nang, buying fresh products for the cooking class
- 9:45 am: Take a break to have a cup of coffee, sharing your stories with others.
- 10:00am: Time for cooking
- 12:00 pm: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself
- 12:45 pm: Play piano if you can, enjoy the good time
- 1:00 pm: End of the class and go back to your place by our free drop-off service

Great
It used to be our 10th year wedding anniversary so we decided to spent some quality time together. We got Jolie cooking class and we’re very pleased with it! It was very fun Informative to dive into Viet cuisine, definitely an unforgettable experience. Would recommend it easily.

It was unforgettable experience.
Ahead of the Da Nang Tour with my mom I looking forward cooking class cause i like cooking.
I find this cooking class and very interest with to visit organic garden and market tour.
I'm not good at English, but I have no problem communicating with 'Jolie families'
Rosie, Bamboo, Blue are so kind and energitic.
I feel comfortable during cooking class.
And they are composed of vegetarian dishes for me as a vegetarian. It was so thankful.
I'm back from a trtip and this class is the most I missed in Da Nang.

We liked the rzperience in the organic farm. Makes u appreciate where foodcomes from. The dishes taught were easy and tasty and we definitely will try them at home.
Singing and dancing at the end wrapped hp fun experience.
Jolie was kind to refund 2 pax as my group had some with sudden bad cold.

Good experience.
I joined twice time. One is in danang one is in hoian. Both are so special time foe me. Menu is different and so now i can cook several vietnam foods.
And i could experience the culture
It,s so good time too.
if i go danang i will contact to jolie. Because now (maybe) she is my friend.she is so friendly.
Anyway i feel so thanks to her.

We(me and my wife) could experience vietnam culture.
First, jolie and rosie picked us up in my hotel by gram.
and we went to Organic Garden. in this garden we could farm in ancient ways. it was several minutes. it was not working. ^^;;;
and we went to han market. In this market we bought some ingredient and something that we wanted to do shoping. jolie helped us. Thank you jolie~
and then we went to local cafe in the city center. we could drink vietnam coffee. So delicious~.
and then we went to jolie's house in danang.(she has the other house in hoian. Cookingclass is there too.) All of the travel expense are paid by jolie.
All are funny and useful for us.
Expecially A thing I want to say about jolie.
A day before this cooking class, I had a stomach ache.
and I said her about that.and then she took care of me like mommy. she gave me two type of medicien and noodle soup for dinner. This noodle soup is good for stomach.(she said) So I could be recovered. I really really really appreciate it. Thank you jolie.
Maybe it is possible that i visit danang again I will join your class again. in that time teach me some other menu~ *^.^*
