體驗內容

You will be driven to Hoi An Market and feel the bustle of the morning market, have an opportunity to have direct contact with sellers. You might also learn some tips of “bargaining” when going shopping. Our tour guides will introduce to you the necessary ingredients for cooking classes.

Then a sightseeing tour along the Thu Bon river and Cua Dai beach by boat. On the river, you have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam, the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.

Next, you will be switched to a coracle and paddle on the canals of the Bay Mau nipa forest. You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest and enjoy crabs fishing by Basket boat ride.

The chefs will teach you how to cook Vietnamese food and share valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine. Then can enjoy Vietnamese food made by yourself.

Great cooking class

Had a good time walking through the market, riding the bamboo boats, and then learning to cook some Vietnamese dishes! I particularly enjoyed the menu of the items we cooked which is mainly why I booked this class. A warning though that the listing says the class ends at 12:30pm, but we were not even halfway through the dishes by 12:30pm, and I had to leave by 12:50pm to go to another tour I had scheduled, so missed dessert.

Amazing

The cooking class was amazing. The teacher great, the food delicious, the place beautiful. The bamboo basket was so much fun!!!!! ♥ Also they respect any allergies o food intolerance you may have. Highly recommend the experience!!

Brilliant vietnamese authentic experience

Me and my partner attended this tour and Nga was brilliant . We went to the local market where she explained the traditional dishes of vietnam and all the ingredients needed , we then went to the coconut basket boats and wore the traditional hats , our boat driver was fun and we went crab fishing . After this we had a cooking class that was extremely good and got to take the recipes home with us ! Fantastic experience would recommend to anyone visiting hoi an . They were all very friendly too :)

Awesome!

Really fun class, the basket boats were super cute and I caught a crab! Was great fun to go to the market and learn about everything on offer. The recipes we made were gorgeous, and I've made them again since I got home. Really good organisers, and good value for money too :)

Great fun crab fishing and cooking!

What a fantastic way to not only experience the traditional fisherman’s mode of transport in a basket boat but also to actually do some crab fishing off the side! Our guide took us through the market and showed us some of the ingredients I had been dying to identify, then the cooking class itself was fantastic with a wonderful chef teaching us! Definitely recommended and I would love to do another class wit cookly
