Thai Kitchen Cookery Centre is the first Thai cooking School in Chiang Mai. Welcome you into their traditional Thai teak wood house to share generations of family secrets. Introduction to Thai ingredients at the local market, make curry paste by yourself, cooking Thai foods by yourself, one person per work, Chaing Mai style room with air conditioning and take group photo together.

Fun and delicious

I signed up for a full day course, and never regretted for a moment. The pick-up from the hotel was timely. I was accompanied to a market where the variety of vegetables and spices was explained. And then straight to the cooking class. It was fun, funny and delicious. Many thanks to the girls Mint, Farlin and Eve.

Amazing!! Above Expectations

Riko, Pauline and Mr. 10 Baht were all fantastic!!! Everyone really strived to make sure that you were getting the most out of the experience. From the guided tour of the market, to the explanations on what was being prepared and why it is done in a certain why. Most of all they are all really genuine people who want to make sure you not only enjoy your day but that you'll be making their recipes for years to come. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks so much for everything. I'll be back for sure :)

A must do in Chiang Mai!

It was an insightful experience getting to know the locals and seeing their tradition and culture firsthand.What i loved most about this cooking class was the hands on experience. You get to create all dishes from scratch, prepare your own food with fresh ingredients at your very own workstation. I was also able to practice their unique techniques on my own cooking. The staff were so friendly and they were patient in assisting us with our needs and questions.

Learning to cook with a smile

What I loved most about this cooking class was how hands on it was. You get to prepare all of your ingredients, you get to practice the techniques, and you get to cook your own dishes. This provided me with a more authentic experience because I got to learn from scratch the proper way to cook certain dishes. I also loved the staff who managed the class – they were so friendly, they were patience, and they were humorous. The class was light-hearted, and by the end of it, I felt like we had all become one big family.
