Cook in Chianti with a Foodblogger

We will cook healthy, low fat food in a simple vegetarian and vegan (upon request) dishes rich in flavour such as Gnocchi, Ravioli, Noodles and Lasagne. We will prepare three courses. of course, once the dishes are ready, we will taste them. You will spend a fantastic day in my beautiful house in Chianti.

• Gnocchi with vegetables ragu'
• Lasagne with turmeric besciamella and home made pesto

時間表

• 9:30 am: We meet in Viale del Poggio Imperiale in fron of the Poggio Imperiale school 
• 10:00 am: Introduction coffee and tea is served with my home made cookies or cake 
• 10:15 am: Cooking class session and 1 tasting
• 11:45 am: Cooking class session and 2 tasting
• 1:00 pm: Cooking class session and time to enjoy your dish 
• 13:30 pm: End of the cooking class and ready to go to Florence
