體驗內容

We start with a visit to a traditional market where we will explain to you how the market is organized. We will also teach you how to choose spices & traditional herbs. We continue on our journey to enjoy the fresh air in a rice paddy field at Tengkulak Village.

Once you arrive at our home we will greet you with our traditional sticky rice pancake. Other than food, we will spoil you with some activities including a fruit carving lesson.

Such a fabulous class!

We loved this class. We learned a lot about Balinese culture. We made so many dishes, and everyone got to participate in each dish. They were so very organized and I can't believe how much we learned and accomplished, from the local market to the kitchen. This was one of the best classes I have ever taken while traveling.

Very informative, well run and entertaining course

My 18 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed the cooking course. We only booked it the night before but the car arrived on time and everything worked like clockwork. The course was very well run, we went to the market first and were show all the local produce including what we would be using them were welcomed to the hosts house. On the course itself we cooked 7 dishes together including fish, meat and vegetable dishes that we got to eat at the end (there is a lot so don’t have a big breakfast). The dishes were delicious. We were also given a recipe book for all of the dishes we cooked. In all I would thoroughly recommend this course, content, organisation and value for money were excellent. Finally all our hosts were absolutely charming and never stopped smiling which was a delight.
