體驗內容
Emam class- Near the valley of flowers - where you can mix with nature and close to the lake - where the feeling is generous, cool. Classes are created with two criteria. One is to provide an easy and enjoyable dining experience, spacious and clean. The second is to give you meals like the real Vietnamese, the interesting stories about culture, the use of chopsticks, the community culture of the Vietnamese. Relaxing class with light snacks and personalized guidance from indigenous people. Also bring back recipes for use at any time.

Was okay
Was not like in the discretion, could not choose our 4 dishes like we want. Because she had already buy the food for the dishes.

Just Wow
Emam was fantastic! This is an experience that my family will treasure! Vietnam has an authentic culture and is very rich in terms of people and its resources. As a family we were able to enjoy the scenery and most of this cooking class together. This class provided us with great knowledge in terms of herbs and spices selection that we were able to take home with us. They arranged a visit to the local market wherein we saw how Viet market worked. Then we went to the Chef's kitchen. It was a mix of modern and traditional kitchen. We learned local Vietnamese cuisine like Banana flower, Pho, rice noodles and etc. I was very happy of how may dish tasted after. I was very satisfied. It tasted more delicious than other restaurants. Kudos to the chef who was very knowledgeable and experienced.

We really enjoyed our EmAm cooking class today.
First is free pick up, she took care and ask about place before 1 day we came here, then show us the map and every information about traffic, direction, driver,.. very nice. We also debated what we like to cook on around 20 dished, she has known well about vegan and give us the best recommend.
Time for cooking. We learned all about the different ingredients in the market and how to make 6 different delicious dishes in a amazing place. Everything was really well explained and organised and we are looking forward to trying to cook the dishes at home. She also give us a mall give, that is a multi- knife, I think so? It’s amazing , having lots of function, also clean the potato, also cut the carrot yarn,... Hope i will receive the recipe soon, So excited to cook all of those for family in our house

We have chance to see the local market in Vietnam, it very interesting, everything is fresh and people so friendly.
6 dishes was cooked and we love all of this one, especially the Green mango salad. The teacher - Sam and her support, they are so amazing, step by step to show us they way to cook, they are also enthusiasm, the time exactly 3 hours but it took longer until 4 and half of hours coz we ask a lots but they still patient and keep explaining. How awesome they are!
Keeping up your performance that has made it deserve the first ranking for the best cooking class in Hanoi.
Highly recommend for whose love vegan come here and try Vietnamese vegan style.

I recommend this class to anyone who is visiting Hanoi, to get a great experience with the market tour and enjoy the cooking class and the food plus the priceless chef
