Balinese Cooking Class Experience

First thing when most people thing about Bali is a natural attraction. Otherwise, Balinese food is the thing that impressed travelers too. Our cooking class is in the resort area. The professional chef will teach you all the techniques of cooking traditional Balinese food. This is also the opportunity for you to know people, culture, and food of Bali. 

For approximately one and a half hours, our chef will share his secret dish recipes, and this is followed by your memorable lunch or dinner at our open lounge deck. You will take our secret recipe as our gift and impress your family & friends with your Balinese cooking skills back home.

Menü

• Jammu Kunyit - Herbal drink.
• Tuna Sambal Matah - fresh tuna dish tossed in spices.
• Sate Lilit - kind od meat mixed with grated coconut, thick coconut milk, lemon juice, shallots, and pepper.
• Pisang Rai - Boiled Banana with flour dough and served with palm sugar syrup and grated coconut.

Preparation of the paste

• Sambal Matah - Lemongrass chili past.
• Bumbu Bali - Balinese paste.

Programm

Morning class

• 11:00 am: Pick up from your hotel and get to know the chef.
• 11:15 am: Cooking class starts.
• 1:00 pm: Enjoy the Balinese lunch you cooked.
• 2:00 pm: End of the class.

Afternoon class

• 4:00 pm: Pick up from your hotel and get to know the chef.
• 4:15 pm: Cooking class starts.
• 6:00 pm: Enjoy the Balinese dinner you cooked.
• 7:00 pm: End of the class.
