Dort führt ein freundliches Team die Teilnehmer durch die Welt der Pastaherstellung, eine Weinprobe und eine unterhaltsame Tour durch das historische Weingut. Die Anleitung ist freundlich und geduldig und beinhaltet sogar Gesang und Gitarrenspiel. Besondere Ernährungswünsche werden problemlos berücksichtigt. Viele beschreiben es als ein herausragendes, authentisches italienisches Erlebnis und einen Höhepunkt ihrer Romreise.

Welcome in Frascati!
There will be a transfer waiting to get you to the Minardi Winery in less than 5 minutes.
Once arrived in this panoramic location amongst the vineyards, the farmhouse Chef will teach you how to prepare from scratch some of the traditional local pasta varieties, including “Fettuccine ”, "Ravioli" and “Maltagliati“, as well as some of the secrets of the local culinary tradition handed down by our Grandma.
After the class, you will enjoy a Wine tasting of the farmhouse boutique wines and olive oil.
You will taste three wines of the family production: the famous Frascati Superiore white wine, the Vagnolo IGP red wine, and a very typical product of this land, the sweet Cannellino wine.
You will meet the wine farmhouse family team, who will take you on a tour across the old vineyards, which he still takes care of with the same old farming techniques the family has been adopting for centuries. Travel into the past of the winemaking, listening to the stories and experiences of passionates of this historic land.
You will visit the old cellar, where he will introduce you to the secrets and the old processes of the winemaking of the famous Frascati wine.
Time for the Chef lunch!
You will enjoy a lunch prepared express by the chef, made of several varieties of seasonal appetizers, plus all the pastas that you have prepared during the class! To finish with a gourmet wine ice cream tasting.
Also, the musical surprise is a happy farmhouse tradition!
At the end of the experience, you will be transferred back to Frascati Town to take the train back to Rome at 15:36 hrs! You can also decide to explore the cute Frascati town a bit before going back to Rome!

Saturday Class:
- 10:14 am: Catch the train in Rome Termini Station towards Tor Vergata Station
- 10:31 am: Arrive at Tor Vergata railway station where you'll meet a member of the family to pick you up
- 10:40 am: A 5 minutes transfer to the Farmhouse
- 10:50 am: Arrive at farmhouse where you'll learn how to make a delicious pasta
- 12 pm: After the class, we'll take you to Minardi winery for your wine tour and guided tasting
- 1:00 pm: Time to enjoy the pasta you made directly at the farmhouse, with regional cheese, selected cold meats and seasonal vegetables and wine to accompany
- 2:30 pm: happy farewell

Meeying at Frascati railway station
You will catch the train in Rome Termini Station at 9:49 am on weekdays for the morning class towards Frascati. The train ride is only 22 minutes and costs 2.20€. We suggest you arrive around 30 minutes earlier at the station to take the train tickets either in advance online (www.trenitalia.com) or at the newspaper kiosks or tobacco shops inside the station! On Saturdays: You will catch the train at 10:14 am from Rome Termini station to Tor Vergata station. The train ride is only 17 minutes and costs 1.50€.
Once arrived in Tor Vergata station, please exit from the opposite entrance by walking on the transparent tunnel above the train platforms and you will see a member of the Minardi Family welcome you outside the entrance of Tor Vergata station, waiting for you to start the experience!
Once arrived at Frascati railway station at 10:20 am on weekdays or 9:20 am on Saturday, please exit from the main door and you will see a member of the Minardi Family welcome you by the yellow Taxi Stand outside frascati station.
