What to Expect

Join us for an experience rich in tradition and culinary creativity, guided by Cristina in her own home. The courses take place in a spacious and welcoming room, where you will find all the necessary equipment and receive a free cookbook and a certificate of attendance. Depending on the seasonal menu, Cristina will teach you how to make two traditional fresh pasta recipes that we will savor together at the end of the lesson, accompanied by a glass (or more) of fine local wine and other delicacies made just for you.

Together we will discover the timeless art of homemade pasta. You will be welcomed in an authentic environment. Enjoy good company while sitting at a table savoring homemade food together. This will be a convivial meal to exchange ideas while appreciating flavors and foods that have a history and symbolic meanings linked to tradition.

Schedule

• 10:30 am: arrive at the "La Signora delle Camelie" and we will offer you a coffee with homemade tart
• 11:00 am -1:00 pm: introduction and cooking session 
• 1:30 pm: end of the cooking class and lunch in the garden together
