• Cherry Shrimp Rice: Cherry shrimps, a specialty of Taiwan, turn their colors to beautiful pink after being harvested. Their color can give your meal a festive boost and the visual arrangement of this dish is a symbol of business career progress and promotion.
• Taiwanese Popco Chicken:  One of the most popular snacks in Taiwan. In the fried chicken hall of fame, Taiwan deserves its own exhibit. Not only has it made the giant fried chicken cutleta cult classic, but its popcorn chicken is dangerously addictive.
  The chicken is chopped into bite-sized pieces, marinated, dipped in batter and deep-fried. A generous sprinkling of salt and pepper complete the morish morsels. It's a ubiquitous snack on the city streets.

• Sweet Potato Balls: Making from scratch. We select sweet potatoes from certain farmers with quality yielding. The dessert containing powerful antioxidant is boiled in water and dressed with freshly made syrup and plum sauce.

• 2:00 pm: Meeting at the cooking school
• 2:05 pm: Guided tour of the century-old Dihua Street and shopping at market
• 2:30 pm: Cooking session begins at our cooking school. 
• 3:00 pm: Enjoying your first dish while cooking the rest of the dishes
• 3:55 pm: Awarding of a Certificate of Completion 
• 4:30 pm: End of the cooking class
