The most important thing for us is that you have fun when you cook with us. We want you to learn the art of Thai cooking in a relaxed environment and learn how to put together a beautiful Thai meal. You will be spending your day in a Thai-style open-air cooking area learning how to cook your favorite Thai dishes.

Menu D1: 

• Coconut sticky rice with mango
• Chicken in pandanus leaf
• Papaya salad
• Red curry pork with bamboo shoots

Menu 4A:

• Chicken satay
• Savory prawn'n herb salad
• Stir-fried beef'n chili
• Panang curry with chicken

Menu D3:

• Thum Thim Krob (Water chestnut in coconut milk)
• Stir-fried chicken'n cashew nuts
• Spicy grilled beef salad
• Pad Thai (Thai style fried rice noodle)

Menu 6A:

• Spring rolls
• Minced pork salad north eastern style
• Tom Kha (Chicken'n galangal in coconut milk soup)
• Pad See Ew (Stir-fried rice noodle pork and dark soy sauce)

Menu M1: 

• Morning market tour
• Chicken in pandanus leaf
• Papaya salad
• Red curry pork with bamboo shoots

Menu D2:

• Thai egg custard
• Golden bag filled with tasty combination
• Tom Yum soup (Hot 'n sour prawn soup)
• Green curry chicken

Menu 5:

• Crispy golden cup with tasty fillings
• Yum woonsen (Glass noodle salad)
• Masaman curry with chicken
• Pad Kaphao (Stir-fried pork with basil leaves)

Menu M3:

• Morning market tour
• Stir-fried chicken'n cashew nuts
• Yum nuea (Spicy grilled beef salad)
• Pad Thai (Thai style fried rice noodle)

From Monday to Saturday

Morning class: 

• 09:15 am: Shuttle Pick up at BTS Ratchayothin
• 09:30 am: Meet in front of McDonalds Major Ratchayothin 
• 10:00 am: Cooking class (4 dishes)
• 12:30 pm: Enjoyed our meal together
• 1:30 pm: End of Class
