I am pleased to welcome you to Mango House. Here, you will experience the many flavors, colors, and diverse varieties of mangoes from every region in Vietnam. 

After that, we will have taste the special Vietnamese flavor of mangoes before I begin to show you how to make dishes using mango. These recipes are unique ones to our house. This experience will be enjoyable and comfortable for all.

• Green Mango Salad (Mango mixed with shrimp, pork meat, fried onion, Vietnam vegetables, peanut and fish sauce)
• Little Mango dessert (smoothies with coconut cream)

Programma

• 9:00 am: Welcome guests to my cooking class
• 9:15 am: Introduce and taste some mango
• 9:45 am: Make green mango salad and taste it
• 10:30 am: Make mango smoothies mixed with coconut cream and taste it
• 11:30 am: End of the cooking class
