"Discover the world of traditional Japanese sweets and Matcha"
Japanese traditional sweets are very beautiful and can express the seasons. It is made with only natural ingredients such as beans and rice.
In this class you will learn the process of making a base of Japanese sweets, adding natural colors and finishing to a beautiful design. Please eat it with Matcha made by yourself.

- Making Nerikiri (made from the sweetened white bean paste and glutinous rice)
- Adding various natural colors to Nerikiri
- Making two different shape

Afternoon Class:
- 2:30 pm: Session 1 (basic design)
- 3:15 pm: Session 2 (original design)
- 4:10 pm: Matcha making
- 4:20 pm: Tasting
- 4:30 pm: End of the class
