体験内容
Vietnamese food is known to be healthy, delicious, and forms a large part of the Vietnamese culture. This half day tour gives you a hands-on lesson on how to shop for fresh ingredients and cook authentic Vietnamese food.
This cooking class is an interactive, personal and fun way to learn new cooking skills and experience the tastes and textures of Vietnamese cuisine. You'll prepare dishes under the guidance of professional chefs at your own workstation. You'll have access to a fully equipped professional kitchen and all the knowledge you need!
However, before the cooking class, you'll start the day at the local market to enjoy some food tasting and learn more about the ingredients and the culture. This market is truly local and not many tourists visit, giving you the unique experience of Vietnamese life. The guide will have taught you some useful Vietnamese words to make the shopping easier.
This is a fully hands-on experience in a professional kitchen with a flexible choice of menu.
"If you are a happy person around food, you can be a professional chef. It is fueled by passion". The guest can practice the fruit carving upon your preference such as making rose from tomato, butterfly from pumpkin, flower from pomelo.
