Under the guidance of our friendly English-speaking chef you will learn all there is to know about making fresh pasta.

• The first step in your cooking class is of course the selection and use of the best ingredients with a focus on the right type of flour, whether you will make the pasta with or without eggs, and tips and tricks from your expert pasta making chef. You will knead, roll and cut pasta such as tagliatelle or tagliolini and then experiment with different fillings and colors to make pasta such as ravioli, tortellini or cappelletti. No pasta should have to be alone; your cooking class in Florence will continue with sauce preparation where you will learn how to “match” pasta shapes with the right sauce and create three delicious sauces.

Evening Class:
