Spend a day out in the picturesque countryside on the outskirts of Ubud, and learn how to cook traditional Balinese dishes. 

This cooking course is held at the opulent Pramana Watu Kurung Resort, which is located above a lush valley and the Ayung River. You'll learn about local produce in a morning market tour, where our passionate guide will help you choose fresh ingredients and spices for your cooking class. 

Then everyone will head to the resort, where you'll learn how to cook a fresh and aromatic 3-course lunch, under the guidance of experienced Balinese chefs.

• Kuah Be Pasih (Balinese fish soup)
• Sayur Urab (Balinese mixed vegetables)
• Chicken Sate Lilit (Chicken satay)
• Gerang Asem (Balinese chicken curry)
• Pepes Ikan ( Fish wrapped in a banana leaf and roasted)
• Bubuh Injin (Black rice pudding)

Schema

• 8.00 am: Meet at the Pramana Watu Kurung Resort.
• 9.15 am: Visit the traditional market to see the ingredients.
• 10.00 am: Back from traditional market.
• 11.00 am: Start cooking class.
• 2.00 pm: End of cooking class.
• 2.10 pm: Lunch at Lembah Ayung Restaurant.
• 3.00 pm: End of the class.
