Thai cuisine is a very important part of Thai culture and it is a great pride and honour to pass onto the world our extensive knowledge. Everyone is welcome and Anyone Can Cook!

Chang Cooking is a Thai cookery school located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we are very close to the popular areas in Chiang Mai Gate like the Saturday walking street. We offer you hands on courses of authentic Thai recipes, taught by experienced Thai Chefs. We can offer classes in English, Chinese, Japanese & Thai languages. The school is in a lovely Lanna style wooden premise, we have two styles of kitchen, one is a restaurant style and the other one is on the first floor and open air. Students will have their own cooking station, chef’s knives, woks, and clean utensils, no need to bring anything except enthusiasm to learn one of the worlds top cuisines!

時間表

• 8:30 - 9:00 am: Pick up 
• 9:00 am: Market tour
• 10:00 am: Cooking class
• 3:00 pm: End of the course
